A light bulb (1) comprising a low-voltage tungsten filament MINI-LIGHT BULB (2) integrated with and substantially entirely surrounded by a moulded plastic covering (3). The base of the covering (3) is shaped as a plug (4) to be received in a corresponding socket and has electrical contacts (5) extending over its surface. A plurality of the bulbs can be electrically connected together to provide a decorative lighting system.
